Services

SitePilot provides website design, redesign, SEO foundation work, and ongoing website care for local businesses. The specific scope of work for a project will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Project scope and changes

• Project scope, timeline and fees are described in the project proposal.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.

Payment

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances are invoiced according to the agreed schedule.
• Monthly Website Care is billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Client responsibilities

• Providing content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensuring you have rights to any materials you provide (text, images, branding).

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, you receive ownership of the final, delivered website materials produced for your project, except for any third-party assets governed by their own licenses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SitePilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect the most recent version.
