This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for SitePilot projects and ongoing services.
Project deposits
- Deposits become non-refundable once work begins.
Completed work
- Completed work is non-refundable.
Monthly services
- Monthly services may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.
How to request a cancellation
To cancel a recurring service or discuss a project, email hello@sitepilot.co before your next billing date.
